1. No Refund on
Completed Services

Because our services are digital and customized for each client, we do not offer refunds once:

  • The project has been delivered

  • Any part of the agreed work has been completed

  • Raw files, drafts, or previews have already been shared

2. Refunds Before Work Begins

A refund may be issued only if no work has started and no resources have been allocated.
Once the project is started, planning begins, or drafts are created—refunds cannot be provided.

​3. Revisions Instead of Refunds

We prioritize client satisfaction. Instead of refunds, we offer:

  • Revisions as per agreed terms

  • Corrections for any mistakes on our part

  • Adjustments according to the project scope

Additional revisions beyond the agreed terms may include extra charges.
